Whitelisted sites in Recently blocked sites menu

Some of my whitelisted sites are appearing in the Recently blocked sites menu.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2
NoScript 1.9.8.7
This has occurred in a test profile which has no other extensions and the default theme. It occurs regularly in my working profile which has 58 extensions. So far I haven't reproduced the problem in a test profile that uses only the default NoScript settings, but I'll continue testing until this issue is fixed or I come up with a simpler test configuration which reliably reproduces the problem. I often Open All in Tabs by middle-clicking a bookmark folder. Could this be causing the problem? I've appended my Exported NoScript settings below. For privacy and security reasons, I've deleted the whitelist. Hope this helps.
Edit: Removed settings. Unneeded now.

A simple cause for this to happen is you having "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites as well" checked: if some plugin or frame content from a whitelisted site gets blocked by this policy, the origin will show up in the "Recently blocked Sites" menu, whose items are labeled "(Temporarily) allow
all from ..." for a reason.

Thank you for the explanation. I hadn't anticipated that subtlety, but I agree with it.
But, I haven't checked either of the frame blocking options. Also, I didn't think that any of the whitelisted sites that appear in my Recently blocked sites menu were serving any active content through plugins. I suppose if they were, then I'd have a Blocked Objects menu, right? I'll keep an eye out for that and let you know if I see any more sites that seem to be erroneously listed in the Blocked sites menu.

@Giorgio:
It appears that if I check "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too", then my whitelisted sites are appearing in the Recently blocked sites, even though
neither of them is serving any active content which has been blocked. Could you explain to me why that's happening? Here's a simple demonstration of the behavior I find so puzzling.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2
NoScript 1.9.8.7, default settings except "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too" is checked.
No other extensions. Default theme.
Load
http://noscript.net/ into one tab.
Expected and Actual Result: No Blocked Objects menu and no Recently blocked sites menu
Load
http://forums.informaction.com/ into a second tab
Result: No Blocked Objects menu, as expected
Unexpected result: this new tab has a Recently blocked sites menu containing
noscript.net. This doesn't make sense to me, because as far as I know noscript.net did not attempt to serve any active content which had been blocked on either of the tabs.
Second unexpected result: the first tab now has a Recently blocked sites menu containing
informaction.com. This doesn't make sense either, because there's no other indication that informaction.com attempted to serve any active content which had been blocked on either of the tabs.
Could you explain why the Recently blocked sites menu contains sites which apparently never served any content which had been blocked?

The menu item's provided to facilitate access to allowing blocked items in particular contexts, such as toolbar mixes that liberate stuff in stages, isn't it?
So wouldn't a user want the most lax definition of "blocked" possible in these contexts?
In the example you're giving, Alan Baxter, the "blocked" stuff is anticipatory, no? Whatever the logic, a user who wants to liberate content from previous contexts can do so with the "previously" menu, without endangering security - the menu item isn't going to make sense with simple (as in uncomplicated, not as in dumb) moves like you're making.
I'd be anxious if forbidden were getting whitelisted though ;-)

GOL is right about the philosophy behind this feature, but Alan Baxter is probably onto a real issue: if nothing from noscript.net has been actually blocked yet, it shouldn't be shown in the list.
Investigating...

So far, so good. I have more confidence that it's all working as designed now. Thanks.

v 1.9.8.71
====================================================================
+ "Recently blocked sites" now shows the object icon for trusted
sites which are listed because some content has ben blocked
This showed up already for mlb.com. I like it!
