Usability request: Option to swap url and button lists

In the webextension NoScript, the buttons to allow/block/etc are sitting on the left part of the popup. When you place the NoScript button to the right of the url bar of Firefox, then these buttons are too far away and you have to travel with your mouse to hit them. They are also quite small and it takes quite some time to hit them (Fitt' s law). I would like to suggest to have an option to swap the url list in the popup with the button list. If the user has the NoScript icon to the right of the urlbar they can enable the option and have the button right under their mouse. If the user has the icon to the left of the urlbar they can disable it and have the popup looking as it is now.
