[Fixed]NS10.1.6.3 rc4 Settings not saved on Firefox exit

Didn't notice this sooner as I have a small list of permanently trusted sites that I don't change often but saving settings on exit appears to no longer work. 10.1.6.3 rc4 is definitely affected. I don't remember if rc3 was affected.
