Enabling Tracking Protection in ff 57.0.4 options menu and using block list option set to disconnect.me strict protection somehow nukes noscript usability, only basic icon shown in menu bar but the rest is empty.
is there any workaround ?

Tried the setup you describe:
- Tracking Protection to always
- strict protection

I do not experience anything unusual.
What is empty on your screen?
Did you try fresh Firefox profile?
