Lost NoScript controls on toolbar, cannot restore or set op

My firefox 64 bit 57.03 no longer has NoScript icon on toolbar, followed instructions to readd but it is not an option in the customize list. Options button on NoScript addon page does not work (never finishes loading). All scripts appear enabled.

Removed the email address. We don't give email support, but this being a public forum there are surely bad bots looking to harvest email addresses for spamming and other nefarious purposes.

What NoScript version are you using?

Per Firefox I am using V. 10.1.6.2... which supposedly is the most current version.... It worked fine just a few days ago. I use it all the time since I like keeping my current permissions to a minimum.... it cuts down on problems.

Do you have a backup of your NoScript settings?

Nope. Did not know I could do so.... cannot make changes anyway. Only thing I can think to do is unistall and reinstall.

Removing and doing fresh install did NOTHING.
Cannot open options (never finishes loading). No "No script" icon on toolbar. All scripts appear to be allowed.

Try backing up and then deleting
storage-sync.sqlite from your firefox profile folder. That's where Noscript (and maybe another of your addons, thus the backup) keeps it's settings.

awaykent, did you think I was kidding about the email address?
Posting your email address publicly on forums like this won't get you anything good. Just don't do it.
