How can I remove all sites from whitelist on 10.1.5.6?

I've been trying to get to grips with the new version 10 of NoScript but I've not been able to change the default options of the plugin. Under V5 it was quite simple to just select all sites in the whitelist and remove but under 10 there does not seem to be that functionality.
Is it me? My installation? Something else?
Must say, I've been using NoScript for a very long time and it is one of the most useful addons for Firefox there is. Superb work.

Set every site in the whitelist to Default. They will be removed when you reload the options page.

Ah, I suspect maybe my installation does not have all the menu options needed. There is no list to select so, with a blank page, there is a list on screen that I would have to go through one at a time and change the status to untrusted if I understand you correctly?
There is a "debug" button at the bottom and when enabled it gived entry to the config (maybe in sqlite?) which you can edit and remove all sites. This seems to remain through browser and machine restarts.
I should have said this is on xubuntu 16.04.3 LTS

To see every site, open an empty tab, then click the NoScript button on that tab. Then you can delist sites. I don't see an option for returning the whitelist to default either.

It isn't necessary to open a new tab. On any page, just click the Options icons (3rd from the left) on the NoScript popup.
