How to view whitelist or trusted list? (v. 10)

A rookie question 
BTW I assume that "whitelist" and "Trusted" refer to the same thing, so correct me otherwise.
And untrusteds also?
I assume that neither list is directly editable, but I am willing to go to the sites one by one to tweak them if I can see the "list."
