NoScript-trusted vs. uBlock-blocked — who wins?

If I trust a domain in NoScript but the entire domain is blocked with a uBlock Origin rule of the form:

||somedomain.com^
which one wins? Will scripts from that domain execute or not?

The site will be completely blocked, thus its scripts will not run.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
