Issues With FF Quantum & NS 10.1.3 thru 10.1.5

This week I've noticed a worrying problem with NS that appears to have started with 10.1.3
It was actually so bad, that i thought I'd some how got infected... I hadn't.
A list of the problems I was encountering.
Clicking on the NS icon on the toolbar in FF Quantum forced the page to leave fullscreen mode and enter windowed mode, did not open drop down menu until clocked again.
Doesn't show ALL scripts being requested.
Refuses to retain settings for sites, and after closing FF and restarting it the following day, you have to MANUALLY allow all sites again... This is incredibly annoying and frustrating because my home server which was fine before cannot be accessed at all until I allow it again... I access the webportal of some software on my server EVERY DAY, ALL DAY... It's essential to some of the work I do. Likewise out of the multiple windows and sites I have open all the time... about 30-40% of them have to be allowed each and every time... Some times even allowing them doesn't work... and one of those that refuses to be accepted is google.com. So try opening all of my web docs and files that are constantly updated through the day... and you might start to see why this is so annoying... Even gmail is the same... I have to enable these sites multiple times each and every day. It's hampering my ability to work.
It's become so annoying that I am considering dumping NS entirely and looking for an alternative... and I've been using FF & NS since they began.
The FAQ offers no help at all for these issues, and NS for quantum has some serious issues that need fixing.
I am NOT temporarily allowing anything, these sites/scripts are being marked as TRUSTED, and NS is breaking them by not retaining this information properly.
Also.. you get NO WARNINGS that NS is being updated, so when I removed it and went back to 10.1.2 that actually worked... The very next time I started FF it was updated again in spite of turning of auto updates and NO WARNINGS were presented to tell me it was doing so.... Unacceptable in my book.
