NoScript 10.1.3 restores the window size

Hi, I have just updated NoScript to the 10.1.3 version. I am using Firefox 57.0.1 (32-bit). Every time, I click on the NS icon, FF window, which is maximized, gets restored to the reduced size. At the same time, NS settings open in a new popup window. If the FF window is already in a reduced size, NS settings open in the regular way. I wonder if others are having the same problem. Thanks.
