Recaptcha on sites

I cannot download from some sites, for example
this.
Recaptcha is only visible when "Temporary allow all on this page". How can I configure NoScript10 with its new interface?

I don't need a captcha on that site at all.
I needed to first allow the base URL,
and after reload and clicking the dl button, the secondary script "download.fosshub"
download started.
This would have been a similar procedure for me in the old NoScript as well.
allow main script loader.
script loader loads more scripts previously unseen.
these new script sources needed allowance
function restored.
