trusted sites become untrusted

Since a few days I have had the following issue:
Sometimes, when I visit a new website and make it a "trusted" website, I have to refresh the page, NoScript then changes it back to "default" right away.
It only stays trusted when I "lock" something (i.e. change the green lock-icon into a red lock-icon, not sure what that actually does).
This happened on different websites and also with my most recent version (10.1.3c1).
If I am not going to visit a website regularly I don't want to make it a trusted site, because I think that defeats the purpose of NoScript..
Is anyone else having the same issue, what is happening and will it be fixed somehow sometime soon?
Somewhat related:
Is there a simple way to switch the entire list of trusted websites back to default? There are a lot of sites that I don't want "trusted" in my list now.
Finally:
Screw Mozilla for changing my old FF into the abomination it is now. #shakes fist angrily in a general direction*
