User Selection Ignored

Several times recently I tried to set google-analytics to Untrusted and every time NoScript ignored the selection and returned it to default. I have had similar issues with other sites that I want to trust or set with a custom profile. How does one make the selection stick?

You need to toggle the lock symbol from green to red. "green lock" means https only - this is the default. So, for http sites it seems the user selection is forgotten (it's not - it's just applied to https only, which doesn't match the current http site). That's a little confusing with v10.1.2.
