Allow toplevel-domain in NoScript 10

Hi Guys,
since you updated to suit Firefox Quantum I miss some very useful features.
Not only that the Interface only shows few of the many scripts it is blocking (the red Number shows e.g. 4 Scripts and the interface shows me only two domains)
but most significantly the new "Options" are no more options but a white- and blacklist of all sites.
I as a user want to setup the behaviour of NoScript in various situations not only block or allow different domains fulltime.
Mostly I miss the "allow Toplevel-Domain"-Feature. This was the most used Feature in my setup since it allowed to block several scripts such as Google-Trackers on all sites but still use a google-website with all functionality.
I would appreciate if you can tell me how I could get this feature back for my Firefox-Quantum. Also I'd still like to have a real "Options"-Tab.
Sincerely
HS
