Reseting and Editing the Whitelist

The old NoScript had an option to reset the whitelist to default and the UI allowed the user to edit the whitelist. Does NoScript 10.anything have this capability? I forsee an accumulation of cruft in the whitelist if the user cannot clean up from time to time.
