noscript 57 add icon temporaly allow

Hello,
With old noscript version than 57, i "trusted" only few of my favorites website and use mostly "temporally allow" for not trusted and no know site when i need javascript mostly.
It can be easy to have icon for "temporally allow". Because actualy we need to 1. click trust 2. click icon temporally allow. Can be more easy to have 1 icon for direct "temporally allow".
