Documentation? Temporary permission?

I don't understand the menu I get under Firefox 57.0 from clicking the NoScript icon. Where is it documented?
All I really want right now is protection equivalent to what I had under the earlier Firefox/NoScript, and a simple way to remove protection temporarily against individual domains used in a page.
It would also be cool to have control of the whitelist in a single place, and that's another thing I haven't figured out. How? What are my options?
