How to disable intercept?

I uncheck the 'intercept all downloads' button. But every time I try to download a .flv(clicking the button on status bar), flashgot will intercept the download using the default download manager, rather than the usual pop up menu. Can this be fixed

Do you have Autostart downloads enabled?
Try disabling that (& re-enabling Intercept all downloads).

Nope. That does not do it.
Looks like it is defaulting to opening the (FlashGot set) default Download Manager automatically.
It is not working through the default OS download dialog at all.
