how to reset config in noscript 10 (firefox 57)?

I have this same question, I want to nuke everything from orbit and start over.
Deleting the NoScript settings from my prefs.js file doesn't seem to have done anything.

I found NoScript is saving settings now in file "storage-sync.sqlite", inside the Firefox profile folder. You might want to delete that file, but I dont know if Firefox is saving something else in there also.
