Can't find "Temporarily allow top-level sites by default"

Hi all,
I'm looking for the option "Temporarily allow top-level sites by default, not recommended and disabled by default, grants permissions "on the fly" to the address of the main page (the one usually displayed in the location bar), excluding subframes, embedded objects and sites marked as untrusted." which was in the options of the pre-webextension interface. I can't find it so I guess it's not implemented yet. Will it come back?
Also, can we have a wiki where we could have sections for interface and old features, where to find them now and how to use it and a list of things that are being developed right now and which are to come or on a wishlist?

Thanks

I agree, I couldn't find this setting anywhere, and I liked this mode very much in the old NoScript. I hope it's coming back. Theoretically this can be implemented just by splitting the "Default" button into "Default 1p" and "Default 3p" with separate settings for both.

I agree. The new UI also looks somewhat confusing and I don't know if this is an issue only happens to me but the menu doesn't even open 90% of the time. Nothing happens when I click on the icon. And it's just frustrating.
