I too wondered at first if Noscript was actually blocking anything. Then I discovered the, rather large, default whitelist. I was very disappointed to find the likes of doubleclick.net on there.
After a number of adjustments, it's back to working as it should.
Also, the bug where it would block access to sites on the local LAN has been fixed.
