NoScript 5.1.6 button shows no domains (edit: fixed 5.1.7rc1

Hope I'm doing this right, first-time poster.
Bug: After updating Firefox NoScript add-on from 5.1.5 to 5.1.6 this morning, no domains (blocked or allowed) are listed in popup when hovering over middle button.
Expected: Domains listed with options, like "Forbid informaction.com" and "Temporarily allow google-analytics.com".
Validation: Removed NoScript 5.1.6, installed NoScript 5.1.5 (without restarting Firefox). Expected behavior returned; domains listed again.
Additional: With 5.1.6, saw new triple line at bottom of popup, corresponding to missing sections of information.
Environment: Windows 8.1, Firefox 56.0.2 (64-bit), NOT yet updated to v.57 because waiting for you!
Other add-ons installed and enabled (all current versions):
AddBlock Plus
HTTPS Everywhere
Kaspersky Protection
Privacy Badger
Safe Browsing Version 4
Toggle Animated GIFs
Additional POSSIBLE bug: Also, after updating NoScript to 5.1.6, I could no longer access https://news.google.com. After reverting NoScript to 5.1.5, I can. However, might have been Web site or other hiccup, so I didn't post that as separate bug.
