[RESOLVED] Noscript troubles with BigTweet Bookmarklet

I use the BigTweet Bookmarklet to post on twitter. Recently, it stopped working. I took a screenshot: http://bit.ly/21pHwN and sent it to the developer. I remembered the problems I had in the past with Ubiquity and google maps, and also the solution of putting certain urls in the whitelist.

I asked for any URL's that are requested and allowed them, but still the error persists.

I disabled the Noscript addon and restart, and the BigTweet Bookmarklet worked just fine. Enabled NoScript and restarted, the same old error again. I have the latest version, can anyone tell me what might be happening?

For a persistent bookmarklet like that to work, both the hosting page (the one you're visiting when you invoke the bookmarklet) and bigtweet.com need to be whitelisted.

Bigtweet.com itself is the host page, which is on my whitelist.

I've been using NoScript since 1.6 and have been using BigTweet for nearly a month now...

Nope, at least in your screenshot. It is kairo.com.

kairo.com ends up at http://www.centrocampoamor.com/

I allowed both. Problems persists.

Yes. The Bookmarklet is that button. Just click on it and drag it to your booksmarks. Once in your bookmarks, you can invoke it on any site you're currently at and it will create a tweet for that page.

(I looked at it, but I don't twitter or tweet <burp sometimes> so didn't know what to make of it.)
kairo.com ends up at http://www.centrocampoamor.com/
What do you mean by that? Where should it "end up"?

Oh, I see. http://www.kairo.com is not "Robert Kaiser" aka SeaMonkey.
http://www.kairo.com is this http://www.centrocampoamor.com. (Not sure how or why these things work like that?)

Code: Select all

GET / HTTP/1.1
Host: www.kairo.com

HTTP/1.x 302 Found
Location: http://www.centrocampoamor.com

(BTW, why are you looking at KaiRo's blog when you're running FF ;-).)

I have the planet mozilla feed in my Google Reader, so I came across that. Wanted to tweet, couldn't...

OK, my fault, kairo.com was a typo.
So, does it work if you allow kairo.at?

Already on the list.

Also, updated to NoScript 1.9.8.4, problem persists.

EDIT: sigh, problem solved, yahooapis.com wasn't allowed at all. I entered it manually in the past and it would seem I made a typo back then. That's also why I thought it was correct, because it look somuch like it.
