CSP Reports

I hope this isn't too off topic, but I came here to post because I know there are people here with highly technical knowledge of things (although I try to soak up everything and anything.)

uBlock Origin recently introduced a feature to block CSP reports. Is NS already doing this by blocking scripts, or does it go deeper than that? If anyone can give me a condensed explanation of them, and why or why not I should be blocking them, it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

uBlock Origin is a privacy tool. I imagine it's blocking reports to prevent sites from monitoring which resources you do or don't load. It's probably possible for a site to work out which ad blockers (if any) you have installed.

I don't think that there's any particular security benefit to this.

Understood. Thanks for taking the time to help me out...
