Since those are all security features you must mean light on security. Of the ones you mentioned, all but HTTPS are enabled by default. You can disable all the security features you listed using the NoScript Options. It's quite easy, really.

Ha ha. I hadn't thought it would make much of a difference. Have you measured the difference in startup time with and without NoScript installed? How much is it? I have a 600MHz PIII and I haven't noticed NoScript making the startup time longer.
