NS 5.1.2 release notes:

Not seeing this after updating to 5.1.2...

It was only added to noscript.default. It's not being pushed to users' existing whitelists.

Starting with 5.1.3rc1 it is now in the mandatory whitelist, and thus should be added to your existing whitelist.
