resolved - Toolbar Icons Lost

3.1.2rc3
All noscript toolbar icons are missing. I tried doing a "restore Defaults" on the customization page but the noscript icons didn't show up. Suggestions?

There are other reports of disappearing Temporarily allow all this page and Revoke Temporary Permissions icons -

But the main icon disappearing is odd. For that one, please try

I disabled all extensions, restarted, and then just enabled Noscript. The main icon was back on the the toolbar and the other icons were on the customize page. After enabling the other extensions and restarting all seem OK. Thanks for the help.
