Persistence of Allow Scripts Globally

If I "Allow scripts globally" then quit firefox, when I go back in the "Allow scripts globally" has persisted. It is easy to forget between sessions that global scripting is allowed. Would it be better to either turn this off on a restart of firefox, or pop up a warning when firefox is started & "Allow scripts globally" is on?

Thanks

You can have this if you want. about:config > set noscript.tempGlobal to true

Note that a better option would be to use a separate Firefox profile. Or, don't use global allow at all in normal usage (just when troubleshooting). Why are you using it regularly?
