Notification Endlessly Pops Up (and Down) on MLB Gameday

When following the play-by-play of live baseball games through MLB's Gameday site, the blocked script notification pops up and down endlessly. I've only seen this happen on MLB Gameday. I've been experiencing this issue for some months, I think. I was hoping new versions of NoScript or Firefox would sort the issue out, but that hasn't happened yet.
This is what I'm seeing:

The <SCRIPT>:26 | <OBJECT>:0 counters do not increment with each notification popup.
To open the Gameday page of a live game, go to https://www.mlb.com/scores and click Gameday beneath the score of a live game.

This is particularly annoying because the notification also shifts the window contents up and down as the notification appears and disappears, as is normal.
I can provide more information if needed.
If the issue isn't with NoScript, ideally NoScript would suppress those seemingly redundant notifications regardless.
Thanks.
