allow globally question

I accidentally allowed scripts globally. How do I un enable this or does it turn off once I restart the browser?
also why does this ap say my ip address in it with a check box what is that for

NoScript menu > Forbid Scripts Globally

NoScript Options > Whitelist, un-check "Scripts Globally Allowed (dangerous)"

ABE in advanced shows the option "wan and my ip" what is that

That option, when enabled, makes NoScript consider your public IP address LOCAL. See https://noscript.net/abe/wan/
