Since my Firefox updated to v54 on my MacBook Pro (late 2016 / 15" / Sierra 10.12.5) both NoScript 5.0.5 and 5.0.6rc4 totally lock the whole browser (even now that it's multi-threaded) for minutes at a time on Tripadvisor when the XSS options are enabled. E.g. URL:
https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Hotels-g1 ... otels.html
You may need to choose some dates to trigger the bug. I've confirmed that it goes away when both XSS protections are disabled but I've not tried one or the other yet. I see a number of other XSS-related problems on the forum here so apologies if this is in fact a duplicate.
