Nightly 14-06-17, NoScript 5.0.6rc4, Screenshot 9.0.0

STR:
Create new Nightly profile, launch it
Install NS, restart the browser
Open new tab, go to https://www.instagram.com/missarcana/
Allow instagram.com
Click on the Screenshot icon at the right end of the navigation bar
Skip Screenshot tutorial
Hover the mouse at point 1 (marked with green), press and hold left mouse button, drag the mouse pointer to point 2 (marked with green) (see the screenshot below)

Release mouse button


ER: Fragment of the web page is selected, mouse movement no longer edits the selection
AR: Mouse movement still edits the selection as if the you are still holding the mouse button

I can't reproduce the bug if I disable ClearClick on trusted and untrusted pages

Try adding this to about:config > noscript.clearClick.exceptions, separated by a single space - Does it help?

If not, what if you instead add to noscript.clearClick.subexceptions?

I tried to add the string to noscript.clearClick.exceptions, that didn't help. Then I reset to default noscript.clearClick.exceptions and added the string to noscript.clearClick.subexceptions, that solved the problem. Thank you!

I hope Giorgio will release a new NoScript version where Screenshot addon is whitelisted by default
