forbid iframes, apply to trusted, allow myspace.com and myspacecdn.com

the placeholder is shifted beyond the right edge of page content

Not sure, maybe its ultimate position is set by a script on the page which can't grab the iframe once it's replaced.
Investigating.

Shows at the very upper left (before the myspace-tm logo) for me.

Wonder if there is any relationship to my misplaced IFRAME, Funky IFRAME Placeholder.
