[Unrelated] FF 53.0.2 + NoScript 5.0.3 nothing works

I had to reinstall FF (win10 32bit) but if i install Noscript (even as only addon) no website is loaded (just a white tab and a turning circle). local sites are working with the solution from the other thread. even if i uninstall Noscript nothing works, i have to delete the mozilla folders in the appdata to get FF working again.
There is no problem with proxy settings or dns - opera and edge are working fine.
any solutions?

Then this is not NoScript related.

I doubt we can help much, but I would suggest looking at causes external to Firefox. Check your antivirus software and firewall(s), and make sure that both Firefox and its child processes for e10s are allowed. Might also be worth booting Windows into "Safe mode with Networking" (if Windows 10 has such an option?) and see if you get the same problem there (although what it would mean either way, I don't know, I don't use Windows).

you think it is not noscript? i think it is. because it is the only addon that causes this problem, all others are working fine until i install noscript. and it is not posibble to remove noscript fully. i had before reinstalling FF several problems with noscipt in firefox safemode: CSS was still blocked, so i thought reinstalling FF would solve the problem, but it got worse.

ok you were right. it wasn't Noscript. it was fucking windows. with an other user everything works, i don't know why. but i took the appdata folders local and roaming from the other user and now it works. can be deleted or closed.
