Site without scripts has an menu entry to allow scripts

The following site has no scripts on the page:
https://gngr.info/
However, NoScript (version 5.0.2) shows a menu entry to "Allow gngr.info". Why is this? Is it because the page mentions the word "script" in the text?

NoScript always shows that menu entry for the top-level site, whether it has scripts or not.

Ooops, you are right! The other sites I tested were whitelisted by me long back. Hence I got confused. Thank you for the reply!

Incidentally, whitelisting a site has a few side effects beyond allowing JavaScript, eg it allows the site to make POST requests to other trusted sites without getting filtered.
