New Forbid Scripts Globally "!" character

I'm using the NoScript 2.9.5.3 extension to Firefox 51.0.1 on Windows 10. I haven't made any option changes, but just recently the little "S" icon shows a red exclamation point on every site I visit, with the message "Forbid Scripts Globally (advised)".
I'm wondering what is new, since I don't intentionally allow scripts globally, and where does this choice appear within the NoScript Options window tabs.

NoScript Options > Whitelist, un-check "Scripts Globally Allowed (dangerous)"

Does that change stick?

BTW NoScript is at version 5.0.2 now. I would recommend updating NoScript.

Thanks! That did it. I wonder how that option could have gotten changed, hmm. Will look at updating to latest version of NoScript.
