available formats option doesn't show

I've been using flashgot for many years on win7, but now I have a new laptop, win10, and installed firefox and flashgot doesn't show the "available formats" button when I right click the flashgot button when on youtube. I tried with many videos, all the same problem. It seems to work fine on the local internet cafes that run on win7 though. I just want to have all audio and video formats available.

Also, when I right click on the icon , it only shows 2 or 3 formats, either audio or video, but the video one is almost always ONLY video, no sound.

Various, all of them working perfectly with the latest version firefox (like mine) on win7 at the local net place.

having the same problem. available format option doesn't show for ANY site. did you guys remove the option?
