Applescript URI's Improperly Handled

With NoScript installed, URI's of the form "applescript//…" do not download properly. Apparently the linefeed characters (%0A) are being stripped from the downloaded script resulting in all the lines being concatenated when it is opened in the script editor. This occurs even if "allow scripts globally" is selected. It can only be cured by disabling NoScript in the add-ons preferences.

To reproduce, download an Applescript from this page:

https://developer.apple.com/library/con ... lders.html

or any other page with downloadable Applescripts.

Mac OS 10.6.8
Firefox 47.0.1
NoScript Version 2.9.5.3

Just wanted to acknowledge that we have heard you and looking into it. @barbaz was proactive in getting you help on this matter and I have discussed with Giorgio and we'll have something for you hopefully soon. We need to first replicate the issue to figure out where it is breaking. I suspect what it might be, but until it is officially confirmed and fixed by Giorgio, I rather not assume anything. So please be patient, we'll hit you back on this soon.
