Javascript blocked

Hello everybody,
After a few months using Firefox with NoScript to connect to a bank, the user told me the password was not seized any more by the screen keyboard (normally, by clicking on buttons, that adds a star in a field, meaning that a character has been added in the password).
I searched a moment, until I realized the NoScript icon had an unusual aspect, and then I realized that Javascript was globally blocked. As soon as I put it back to normal mode the site runs OK again.
The good aspect is that this gave me an occasion to clean the machine, that had a great need of it.
Any idea what could induce that change ?
Ctrl Shift Backslash is affected to another extension and displays another page in another tab, without changing the NoScript options.
I do not even see "block Javascript globally" in the context menu of the icon.
