Is it possible to have the notification bar popup per site?

Because when I visit the sites I visit daily the popup keeps coming up, but when I disable it it'll disable for ALL sites.

The closest you can get is, on the sites you don't want the notification, mark all disallowed sites in the NS menu as Untrusted.
