Problem with https and NoScript 2.9.5.3rc1 on a few sites

After installing 2.9.5.3rc1 I've noticed a strange bug - I allowed yandex.ru entirely, but with 2.9.5.3rc1 on Yandex Mail the NoScript icon
turned red and doesn't allow to change this (mouse button click is futile).
News.yandex.ru and
github are also affected. Sites' functionality seems to be normal, as far as i see it's just a display bug. In 2.9.5.2
all is ok. All of the above I have reproduced in a portable FF 50.1 (NS 2.9.5.3rc1 was the only addon) after the observation in FF 51.0b13.

I've reproduced this bug in Nightly 14-01-17, NoScript 2.9.5.3rc1: when I go to
https://mail.yandex.ru/blablabla NoScript for some reason lists
https://mail.yandex.ru in the drop-down menu.

Unfortunately, in 2.9.5.3rc2 bug still exists.
