Local address scripts blocked at first try

Trying to access a local address in my network from Firefox 50.1 i noticed the following behavior: The first time, noscript shows the "block" icon in the taskbar. If i refresh the page, it loads properly.
This behavior has started withn the last 1-2 months, after either a NoScript update or after updating FF to 50. if there are info i could retrieve (logs or anything) to troubleshoot this issue, please let me know.
P.S.: Forgot to mention. The local address i try to access is not on the default port, but on 4434.
