Hello, I have become a dedicated user of NoScript in the last few months. I use it on desktop (Windows and Linux) as well as mobile (Samsung Galaxy S7). I am attempting to install it now on my Samsung Tab S2.
I click on the "Add to Firefox" button, from the Mozilla site, and I get the prompt for a blocked addon with the option to dismiss or allow. I select allow, and I am given the message "Downloading addon" at the bottom of the window. A second or two later, it disappears, and nothing has happened. I checked my download folder just in case, and there's no trace of it there.
I uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox and attempted to install NoScript as soon as I reopened it. I was able to install several other privacy/security addons (uBlock Origin, Self-Destructing Cookies, etc.) immediately after NoScript failed to install, leading me to believe it is specific to NoScript. I did find a support page from Mozilla regarding addons failing to install, and none of the situations described there apply to my situation. However, I did try to follow some of their suggestions anyway, with no luck.
Thanks in advance!
