[RESOLVED] NoScript blocks whitelisted localhost websocket
Posted: Tue Dec 06, 2016 1:42 pm
Hello,
I've been using NoScript for a while now, and since I upgraded Firefox to 50.0.0.2 I've been having issues when accessing my banking website.
My bank forces its clients to install a "security add-on" (a snooper, really) to be able to use its website. It runs a process that listens at 127.0.0.1:30900 so the website can connect to it using websockets and do god-knows-what.
The bank's address is completely whitelisted already, and I also whitelisted the localhost IP. It works when I disable all Firefox add-ons, while failing to work when I enable just NoScript. Is there something I can do to enable this specific websocket?
Thanks!
