Local sites broken at startup

Hi,

First, some background: I'm using NoScript 2.9.5.2 on Firefox 50.0.2. I have some servers running on a NAS on my local network, accessed via the URLs "http://192.168.0.101:5000/webman/index.htm" and "https://192.168.0.101:6791". Since I use these all the time, I have them in "pinned" tabs in Firefox, so they open with the browser. I have 192.168.0.101 in my NoScript whitelist.

Now, ever since the most recent update to NoScript, I find that neither of these server pages loads correctly at Firefox startup. They both show the NoScript info bar at the bottom, e.g. something like "Scripts currently forbidden...". If I click on the "Options" button on the NoScript bar, the local site appears to still be whitelisted ("allow 192.168.0.101" is not an option on the menu) yet clearly the page scripts were blocked.

The first URL only shows a blank page with a NoScript logo and a link "http://192.168.0.101:5000/webman/.jpg".

The second URL shows more of the actual page text, but it's all stacked up at the left side of the window with all of the formatting stripped out, and all of the page elements visible, even strings that normally would be hidden (e.g. all options in drop-down menus are shown all at once).

In both cases, if I just refresh the browser window (F5), the pages reload normally. But it troubles me that the pages don't load correctly the first time around, when with previous versions of NoScript they would load just fine.

I've tried exporting my whitelist and resetting the NoScript options, to no effect. These pages just don't load correctly when Firefox launches.

What needs to be done here?

Sounds like there's something unusual about the origin that Firefox thinks it's using for pinned pages. Giorgio might know more.

Anyone look into this yet? I don't really know all the ins and outs of the NoScript settings, so I don't want to just change things willy-nilly to see if I can fix it.

I have the same problem since a while now.
It is very annoying.
Before the update last fall everything was fine but since then noscript blocks local addresses.
I think local addresses should be whitelisted by default.
In case of certain specific addresses these could be blacklisted then.

Same problem for me.
Local sites that are opened from the new tab page or a bookmark need to be reloaded to have scripts working. Works fine after reload. Works fine if I type in the address manually.
Problem seems to be created with a combination of NoScript and a bunch of other addons.
Just some of the dozens I have installed, any one of those creates this behavior:
Add to Search Bar
CacheViewer
CacheViewer2
FlashFireBug
FlashGot
...

Tested with a SABnzbd server on a NAS, address: 192.168.2.205:8081
NoScript 2.9.5.3
Firefox 50.1.0

Clean firefox install with clean profile with only NoScript installed: no problem.
Clean firefox install with clean profile with NoScript and one of the mentioned addons installed: this behaviour

Please help.

Same problem here as OP as well. My solution, after trying newer versions of NS, was to revert to 2.9.5.1.

I think I found the solution. Just noticed an option on the General tab: "Allow sites opened through bookmarks". I just enabled and it's now working as before. :D

Enabling that option does not fix the problem for me.
