Top level sites are forbidden and can't allow

For instance on this site... https://forums.informaction.com/ is forbidden and If I select allow it or to allow it temporarily - nothing happens. It shouldn't even be forbidden in the first place because I have the option set to temporarily allow top level domains.

I've used noscript with firefox for years, but it has been unusable since this started happening with the most recent update, as you very often need the scripts on the top level site to run. I have two different machines (both running Firefox 49 on Linux) and it is happening on both systems. It says that Noscript was last updated 11/29. Is there a setting or workaround for this? A fix in the works?

the most recent update
What update is that?

(Is that similar to your most recent FF update too?)

Just updated to FF50 (it wasn't in the repository when the problem started occurring) and that did not make any difference. It is still randomly disabling the top level site and when that happens I cannot allow it.

I haven't seen that occurring here...

Seconded. The timesheet site I use for work has a non-responsive "allow" button. This is an https site, though other https addresses have been permitted.
