New Feature Request - Approval Groups

I apologize if this is the wrong forum, but I was wondering if how to do a "per site white list". Or file a request for this feature for this feature.

For instance, using my google, yahoo, facebook, or microsoft live ID, I want to be able allow scripts to do sign ins when I got to specific sites, and only those sites. For instance, when checking mail (say outlook.com), I have to accept scripts from <insert vendor here>. Then when going to www.bing.com I don't want scripts from said vendor to run. Or I want to allow youtube when on youtube, but not across the bevy of other sites that link to videos on youtube.
