whitelist is not effective
Whitelisting a site is not the same as when you disable scripts globally. But it should be. I cannot access www.chase.com even though I have chase.com whitelisted. When I disable NoScript globally, I can access the site. This started happening with Firefox 49.0, but I'm not sure if it's Firefox, or if Chase updated their website. The point is, that with a site whitelisted, NoScript is still adding something to the HTML message.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0
