Feature request: Block all this page

I apologise if this is already possible (I can't see it) or been requested and denied for some very good reason. I find I occasionally allow all scripts on a particular site to allow me to read something, but then later wish I hadn't, as the scripting sites crop up elsewhere and have to be blocked by hand. It would be nice if, instead of going through the drop down list item by item (with a forced page refresh each time), I could click a single button to block all on this page. Sorry for my lazinesss!

That's the default state, unless of course you have things on permanent whitelist that will be allowed if they appear.
My assumption is that what you want in this feature is the ability to not allow anything on that site, even the stuff you have whitelisted, correct?
If so, then while I do see why that might be necessary sometimes, but I think the overhead of something like that will be unnecessary.

So stop using the permanent "Allow" for these situations and start using "
Temporarily allow" instead. Then your feature request is satisfied by the already-existing "Revoke Temporary Permissions" menu item.
Also...

... you can fix this by using the sticky NoScript menu: configure NoScript icon to open on mouse hover (this is the default), and use the NoScript icon instead of the "Options..." button on the notification bar. Now it will allow you to make all the permissions changes you want and won't force reload until your mouse moves off the menu. Plus, in terms of your self-described lazinesss, this has the extra benefit that you don't have to bother to click the mouse to open the NoScript menu in the first place.
Pretty slick right?
