Changing tab shows https status for previous tab in Nightly

Reproduced on Windows 10 in a clean profile in Nightly, and also affected me on Arch Linux. Was unable to reproduce in a clean profile without noscript.
Install noscript or its dev version in firefox. Open some tabs with different https statuses, for example arstechnica.com and google.com, and click some links. If you change tab, the lock icon for the previous site will be shown for that tab, possibly showing insecure connections as secure, or vice versa.
